The three phases of the moon relate to this poem in regards to waxing, waning and being full however is there an instant when there is no moon?

     Keep in mind that she is also the protector of entranceways and the oikos.

Oikos also means hymn. Perhaps the play alludes to this allegory in regards to sleep, the time in which those who are to watch the gate fell asleep. 

There were oikos (specific hymns) in the Babalon Working with Jack Parsons which were to be recited. 

     Is this Babalon Working with Jack Parsons the key to the abyss?  Are there other keys to other abysses?

     I find the tapestry of magical writings to be encoded in works throughout time, like the movie National Treasure you just have to learn how to weave the clues into a tapestry that manifest your desire.

     For a small instant this could be the case when an opporation is said to be possible to manifest.

 “Yes it is, Lord,” she said. “Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.” 

Matthew 15:27

     What is also interesting about this is the allusions to the bible.  

     The small scraps that manage to fall through "the table" upon the witching hour to the "dogs" could possibly be referring to humans or humans who have not manifested Christ Consciousness.   It seems to be a debate to cast the pearls of divinity to humans who are incapable of recieving the prana. 

      There is said to be a witching hour but is there in reality only a witching second and is this perhaps also possibly related to The Babalon Working in regards to finding just that cortect moment when a portal would be available?

To let forth ones sprite sounds like a spell being cast in a setting that involves alot of people.
